Their ‘Support in Your Home’ service is for people that are disabled, have mental ill health or a long-term health condition and are unable to leave their home, or have caring responsibilities.

- Internet Banking
- Supporting you to troubleshoot issues
Device loan or help to buy
If you are interested in loaning or buying a device and don’t know what will suit your needs they can help.
Devices they can help with include: smart watches, laptops, tablets and smart speakers.
You can:
- borrow a device to try it out for a period of time
- tell them about a device you want to try and they can help with the set up, and if it suits your needs, help you to purchase it after the trial period.
