Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course. Those completing the 2 day course qualify as Mental Health First Aiders.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, a product of Mental Health First Aid England, embeds peer support into an organisation. Our trainers will tailor delivery of the syllabus so it’s relevant to your organisation and experience of participants.

This course discusses depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, eating problems, self-harm, suicide and psychosis. We take the safety of all our participants seriously during training and coach on how to keep themselves safe in the role of Mental Health First Aider.
Our trainer can travel to you to deliver the 2 day course at your location. There is also the option for us to host the course online as either 2 days or 4 half days.
All training includes hard copies of course manuals, access to further learning and events through the Online Learning Hub and three years unlimited support via a MHFAider Support App.
Materials are required to participate in the training, so all courses should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Certificates will be emailed to participants after completion of the course.
