The first step is an assessment over the phone to find out which part of the service you will most likely benefit from. Together, you and your therapist will plan a programme of support and activities that have been shown to be effective and helpful.
The service offers Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), based workshops and groups which run from between 6 – 10 weeks and some 1-to-1 work. We work in partnership with the NHS to provide this service.
